Bluefin Tuna Top Loin Saku

Ok, 1st of all, I received my order promptly on time, and I took it out of the packaging like instructions said, and put it in the refrigerator to defrost it! The next day, (today), I got it out of the fridge, and couldn't believe how vibrant in color the salmon was! So I made salmon and tuna nigiri, a sushi roll with crab, avocado, cream cheese, tuna and salmon on the top and crispy bits, drizzled unagi sause and spicy mayo over it - a little wasabi and WOW!!! I've ordered from other companies before and their salmon was good, but if I'm being honest, yours has all if them beat! So fatty and full if flavor, not to sound gross but I loved feeling the fat in my lips and tongue lol - so good! I'm giving you 5 stars, I'D give you a million if I could! Thank you all for what you're doing and I'm so glad I checked you guys out! You got me hooked!
