Pleasantly surprised

I was skeptical when I ordered it because I've been listening to various frequencies or many years. I have been pleasantly surprised with some of the results I've experienced. Sleep has been so much easier - use it every night. Been working on procrastination also and slowly things are shifting.

Very pleased. Would have liked a way to reduce volume on the attached speaker which even at lowest volume is still ear piercingly loud especially at higher frequencies. Other than that, delighted with the device.

I have been using my harmonia for a few weeks and WOW!!! I love trying the various frequencies and how they feel. This is the best self-care I ever could have done for myself!! Thanks :)
