Just like many other Chinese made decent quality knives; the handles are very solid but too heavy. The balance is off, but quality for the money is there.

Great for slicing boneless meats into cutlets. Chicken, Beef, Pork. Have not used on fish. the blade is beautiful. The knife is well made nice to hold in your hand.
