I got the drops before but I definitely love the breast health salve more!

Formula changed

I have been ordering this product for three years. This year, the formula changed, as per the company. Unrefined shea butter is now used and the product exhibits little white ball clumps of it. It does not apply well. I lose bits of it as I try to apply it on the floor and counter. I contacted customer service and was told they "upgraded" the ingredients and no longer use unrefined shea butter which now causes the new consistency. I was told to gently heat the mixture and stir it; then put it in the fridge to solidify. I'm sorry, but after paying what I pay, this should be done for me. I shouldn't have to play rowe casa product specialist in my kitchen to get the product to a state of proper and effective usability. I'm disappointed with Rowe Casa.
