I used this as a part of my larger skin routine. I use it almost daily, after a shower, before applying my serums. In the 3 minutes it takes I do other things to get ready and the 3 minutes is over is in a flash. I also use the decollette/neck one simultaneously!

I noticed a difference in my skin texture and tone in a week. I admit, 3 minutes does not seem like enough so I use it for 6. My skin looks so healthy! I was already using Tretinoin, Vit C, TNS serum, ect but this gave my skin a boost. I also use the neck mask on top of my head to help with hair growth, and wear it backwards like a cape for the little back acne I get from time to time. I got the BOGO and I think it was a great deal

I am a skincare fanatic, so I do not say this lightly. I have very sensitive skin, I’m in my mid-40s, and I’m focused on aging gracefully but also doing everything I can naturally to hold off the aging process as long as I can. I have actually owned a red light mask for many years, but it was a different brand and the experience was completely different from this one. My previous mask was hard, bulky, very heavy, and honestly uncomfortable to wear. It had to stay plugged into the wall, took 20 minutes per session, and it was difficult to even sit up comfortably while using it. Solowave is incredibly lightweight, soft, and pliable, it fits comfortably without hurting or putting pressure on my face. I love that I can move around while wearing it instead of being stuck in one place attached to a wall. The fact that the treatment only takes 3 minutes is a huge win in my skincare routine, its gives me time back. I am genuinely very pleased with this mask, and my only regret is that I didn’t purchase it sooner.
