Darkmoon G10 Garolite Build Plate for Snapmaker Printers

Amazing quality

I actually went through the process of going to a local plastics company to order the material so I could make my own G10 plates. At the same time, I ordered a couple plates from Darkmoon. Once I got the Darkmoon plates in, I cancelled the plastic order. These are super high quality - far better than I can make. They are also substantially thinner than what you get from other places or practically make yourself. The thinness gives them some flex to allow easier model removal and I think better heat transfer. I just ordered three more plates. I print a lot of PCTG and PETG and I almost always use these plates.

Love this plate. I'm really not a fan of textured plates in most applications, so I'm thankful to have a smooth G10 for the U1! My only minor issue is that it seems to catch on something when installing. Seems to be a combination of mechanical and magnetic. Easy enough to work around, but maybe a future version could slide in more smoothly.
