Most importantly, the range hood works very well. I'm happy with my purchase. Ordering and delivery were easy and went well. Of note, the product does not come with installation instructions. You must know to download. That said, I suggest the online downloads be more specific. The guide says screws are included. I got 6 (that did not seem to go with anything). No mention is made of the spec for the screws or how many are needed. I took the mounting bracket to the hardware store to match needed size and bought a box. Small matter but it could be easily resolved with better instructions. The guide for the control panel for my unit is not among those described online. Mine has a receiver for a remote signal that is not included. Again, small matter but could be explained better. I'm happy with the purchase. It works far better than the 25 year old hood with a roof mount motor.
