When i receive the item it is hot. The packets inside the pouch are hot. It appears that the sustance might be spoiled or have lost some potency. Your shipping method appears to be not good as the item do not be cold. Pleade advise. Thank you

Not bad, im typically not a fan of pumpkin spice, but I was pleasantly surprised and like it better than the cinnamon.
