28-Day Detox Bundle Package

I am extremely disappointed with my experience ordering Dr. Bobby Price's 28-Day Detox. I placed my order on June 22 and received a shipping confirmation with a tracking number on June 25. Unfortunately, the tracking has never shown that the package was actually shipped or received by the carrier. What is even more frustrating is the complete lack of customer service. I have submitted six separate inquiries through the contact form and by email requesting an update, and I have not received a single response. At this point, I have paid $185 for a product that has not been shipped and for which the company has provided no communication whatsoever. This level of customer service is unacceptable. I am posting this review in the hope that someone from the company will finally respond. If I do not receive a prompt resolution, I will have no choice but to dispute the $185 charge with my bank as fraudulent due to the failure to provide the product or communicate about the order. I truly hope this matter can be resolved, but based on my experience so far, I cannot recommend ordering until the company improves its customer service and communication.

This is my First time trying a Herbal Detox and it’s the best decision that I have made for my Health! This detox really helped me to get on track eating right. I will doing this Detox every 4 months! Thank You Bobby Price
