Poor customer service

Purchased item that didn't fit. Requested return information weeks ago, and apparently this return request is still being reviewed. No doubt they are merely waiting out the clock, and then will tell me that return window is closed. It's a pity, because had they been more efficient, I would have happily purchased a better size for me. They have successfully wasted my time and money. My recommendation is not to do business with this company.

Exactly what was advertised. Slight hiccup with delivery (temporary out of stock) but was notified of it and kept updated till delivered. They are a good company who is otherwise consistent. Was always able to speak to someone if I called their customer service. I even called (at what I considered) late one evening and to my surprise, someone answered and was able to assist with my question. That alone is a plus.
