​Despite the patient being within the recommended size ranges, the product was much too small. LL Medico does not accept returns on opened packages despite other competitors offering this option. We now have product unfit for our needs with no recourse. We will not be doing business with LL Medico again. Also, as a side note, the samples for the product we wanted were "out" so that was not an option either.

Better Than Most

I've been using these at night for several years now and they are very dependable. I'm a side sleeper who tends to be a heavy wetter and I can say that these Better Dry Overnight diapers have only leaked 3 or 4 times over the course of several years while wearing them every night. I think that that is a very good average considering that most brands can't match this average. I highly recommend Better Dry Overnight Adult Diapers. They will keep you as dry as those diapers that cost almost twice the price of these!

COMFORTABLE AND LEAK-PROOF!

Super absorbant and plastic-backed with no stiff, noisy, tape landing zone to make you uncomfortable. Instead, these use wide, durable second chance tapes that stay put and plastic that is quiet. The diaper is so comfortable, you might forget you are wearing it! Leak guards are super tall and legit gathers are some of the widest i have seen which means leaks are almost inexistent. Materials are durable and side-sleepers finally can sleep without waking up in a huge puddle. Great diaper!!!!
