It looks way smaller on my body than I'd expected it to, while also being designed to hold a lot more than you'd necessarily think. A good alternative to a small suitcase for travelling for a few days that remains compact enough to not raise eyebrows when brought into the office as a daily bag. The order process was also smooth, and I appreciated the thank you postcard sent a few days later.
