They did not work. Tried for weeks and began to hurt my ears. Will only give refund if shipped to China. Cane from CA address. They make returns very difficult!!!

2weeks in and I have had small improvements in both my hearing and tinnitus. I have been consistent and used it almost every day. Will keep at it.
