**I bought [2]& they have done nothing for neither of us, looking for help on how to get a refund, as the company stated a refund was a 💯 per cent genuine, please advise me how to apply for my money back into my Bank Account ** " Many thanks "

I tried to order 1 unit, but you charged and sent me 2. I asked to return it but you wouldn't provide a US return address. I asked for a refund for the extra unit, you never even answered my request. The unit was shipped from the US but you wanted me to send it to China. You wouldn't provide the requisite form to "return and imported item" so I couldn't send it back. The unit doesn't seem to do anything. We tried it faithfully for 4 weeks and so no change in our hearing. This is a scam as far as I am concerned. You are lucky I didn't flag you with my credit card. I have told everyone I know and ALL of my clients to NOT order from you.

The headpiece is way too loose! Can't get it to go any smaller. Very disappointed. I paid $109.00 for this. Found out, before it came in that I could have bought it on Amazon for $30!! I might send it back.
