I did nit irder the product in the furdt place. And nie I have learned that it has to be sent to the United Kingdom to get a refund. My advice us that no one ever order anything from this company. And dont even look at the ads bevause that is all I did.

The foot needs to be at least half inch to an inch wider so it stands better on carpet and would make me feel more secure walking on any surface!

Cane is well made just as advertised unfortunately I found not as helpful as expected for getting up from lower sofa’s and easy chairs.
