The Wrist-Check Bracelet®

Subject: Quality Concern – Request for Bracelet Replacement I absolutely love the appearance of my bracelets. They are beautiful and look very nice on my wrist. However, I am disappointed with the quality of the two bracelets I received. I am very active in the gym, and unfortunately, both bracelets keep falling off my wrist. The issue is with the small connecting piece that attaches to the bracelet itself. It repeatedly comes loose, causing the bracelets to fall off. My concern is not with the appearance but with the quality and durability of the bracelets. I should be able to wear them during my everyday activities without worrying about losing them. I truly love these bracelets, but I am requesting that both be replaced with bracelets that have secure, durable clasps or connectors. I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue. I look forward to a replacement that meets the quality I expected. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I love it! Its slender, I can wear it with my other medical bracelet. I never thought about putting my blood thinner on my initial bracelet. This is such a great investment for me. I got gold and silver.

Unable to cx duplicate order on same day within 1 hr of initial order.. still haven’t received 2nd item Don’t tell you it’s coming from overseas and cost to return is above bracelet cost.
