Absolutely love the thongs. I weigh 185 with a 32” waist and went with a medium size with the D pouch. The C pouch is pretty snug and I like to have room to grow as the mood changes so the D is perfect for me. Additionally, the thong back is more like a G string, and I can never feel it.
