HELLO™ Ice - Men's Underwear

I’m 45 years old. I genuinely thought humanity had pretty much finished innovating underwear. Apparently not. These are ridiculously comfortable. Soft, supportive, stay where they’re supposed to stay, and after wearing them I immediately did the most rational thing possible: bought more. The only downside is that $36 underwear creates expectations. At this price I was hoping they might also improve my credit score, remember where I left my keys, and occasionally tell my children to turn the lights off when they leave a room. So far, nothing. As underwear, though? 10/10. I have now become a man with opinions about premium underwear, which is not where I expected life to take me. 😂

I bought a pack of Hello Underwear with high expectations. Unfortunately, neither the underwear nor the “30-day money-back satisfaction guarantee” lived up to them. They fit nicely around the waist, but the short cut rides up my legs and bunches in the crotch, making them uncomfortable to wear. I contacted customer service about their satisfaction guarantee and was told they only accept returns that are unworn and still in the original sealed package. Seriously? How are you supposed to know whether you’re satisfied with underwear without opening the package and trying them on? I understand the hygiene concerns with returning worn underwear, but then don’t advertise a satisfaction guarantee that customers can’t actually use after trying the product. Apparently, whatever you try on, you’re stuck with. The underwear was disappointing, but the “satisfaction guarantee” was even more disappointing.

Hello for the win! I was hesitant about it keeping your junk cool, but after putting it to the test for 10 hours at work, it is the hands-down winner. For me, it’s the breathability; the cotton-shaped “cup” is where the magic happens. I do recommend and will certainly purchase it again in the future, due to the fact that I bought the 6-pack deal; unfortunately, it will be later than sooner.
