I bought the ice bath for my teenage sons and their sporting recovery. Little did I know how amazing it would be for me. As a 50 year-old dad, I use the ice bath daily, 10° up to 5 minutes and when you get out your body is on fire (in a good way). It charges your entire day and is just as good in the evening.

Great unit. Very easy to set up and maintain. Cleaning filter very simple and good to have phone app to adjust temp.
