So far so good.

I’ve had 5 air fryers. The first 2 were great. They lasted a couple of years each. I decided to try a different brand after that. The next 2(different brands)were epic failures. So far the NuWave Brio 8 quart is working great. The first day after receiving it I ran it 3 hours, one hour at a time allowing it to cool off in between runs. That took care of the “New plastic hot smell” pretty well. We’ve used it several times now and no smell and it works great. The pre programmed recipes are ok but it takes more time to look up the correct number to use to cook with than just manually setting the function and time you want. The benefit of using the pre programmed settings cookbook is the recipes in the cookbook include all the sauces and seasonings for a variety of different dishes. Those however are not made in the air fryer. Over all 5 stars.

I'm truly amazed about this appliance. It's as good as I dreamed it would be.
