Cranberry Pear Balsamic Vinegar (Rosé)

After tasting several different vinegars, this fruity flavored version proved to be the best on green salads with cranberry or blueberry and feta toppings. It can easily stand alone without oil—to save calories! Yum.

This is lovely as a vinaigrette and on pork with any of the olive oils.

This is my favorite summer vinegar. Equal parts with any good olive oil and salt & pepper is all you need for a phantasy and healthy dressing
