I've been using this tool for 20 years. Last order was a disaster. Different build, no replacements.

I've ordered this from DreadheadHQ for twenty years. All super durable, comfortable, worked great. This last order I went for two to have around the house, plus a few other new tools. Everything came bent or damaged. I've been writing to the customer service folks via the website, email, facebook, everything. Nothing. Auto replies. I received a single email that offered a replacement or a refund, then nothing. That was about three weeks ago. I loved this company, I loved this tool for soooooooooo long. But it arrived bent, the wood was different, even the hook was on the other side of the tool (from where the grooves are, it was rotated 180 degrees if that makes sense). None of that matters if it didn't immediately break though. Again, they were bent, very easily bent at the touch, snapped, everything. Any cheap knock off online is better than this. Wish you guys were still around. I'm using the auto-replies to dispute the purchase though, it's been a month and I've tried everything. If you refunded I'd even buy again and try it a second time. Or just replace it. I don't care, just don't ghost your customers. I would advise against buying anything from these guys for now. I'm not sure what's going on but it's not the same company 🫤

Perfect. I’ve been buying these for years and they help tremendously. They're not like the usual ones you find in stores. The hook is very fine and does everything you need it to do without getting hooked and caught while you’re crocheting. Won’t regret buying.
