Dead Sea Magnesium Glycinate

I was using Nutricost Magnesium Glycinate. I never noticed any real results. I just ran out of that last week and started taking this last Sunday. Every night this week I've had incredible sleep. The main thing I've noticed is that I didn't snooze my alarm at all this week, and I am typically a serial snoozer.
