Low Sodium Tomato Bolognese

One of the many delicious Lentiful soups!

I bought a sampler pack and they were all great! This one is low sodium but I liked the sound of it so decided to try it even though I'm not on a low-sodium diet. No surprise, it wasn't salty. Easy enough to fix that problem! :)

This does not taste low sodium. The flavors blend really well and I feel like I’m having a nice Italian soup for lunch! I bring these to work and I’m so happy to have a vegetarian meal that still has protein and lots of fiber.

These cup lentils are my new go-to for a healthy and quick lunch option. They pack a lot of good flavor, and keep me full while giving me some much needed fiber. If you're even slightly interested in giving these a try, do yourself a favor and do so!
