Hit of the party
Everyone loved the seafood appetizers from Xmas eve, all made with Seatopia so I know we are safe. Tsarinas (google those), salmon roe on smashed potatoes with a dab of crème fraught and chives, and shrimp with a yuzu butter dipping sauce.
