Solid replacement

Replaced cylinder on a chair that was more than 5/6 years old. Took a while to remove the old cylinder. This new one seems more heavy duty and lifts higher than the old one. Hope it lasts a long time.

Amazing Idea

We had all but given up on two of our desk chairs that would slowly sink from their selected height. To find this amazing product was a blessing. I knew that it would be very hard to remove the cylinder, but the tool kit that came with the replacement cylinder worked perfectly. A great idea and a great little company behind the products.
