I broke one of the wheels on my Xchair. I found this and decided to give it a try. I wish I had known about these wheels when I first bought the chair. They are smooth and move easy.

I'm on my third set of wheels...because I have three computer chairs, not because they are faulty. I bought the first two set for my wife's chairs and she immediately fell in love with the way they just glide over the floor. After I put them on my chair, I can see why she loved them so much! They don't sound like they are dragging, or grinding. It is amazing how something so small can have a drastic change on something that is used every day.
