Although I love your product very much. You need to definitely improve on your shipping and handling. The communication during the time it was very shotty at best. I think if you had a better communication with your people that were ordered from you, I think you would get a five star rating all the time. Thank you.

The instructions for both the Viper and Heat were outdated and not helpful. Both devices have any instructions on how to insert the 18650 battery. There is also not indication if the battery is installed correctly, so I have no idea if it's actually charging the unit. The Heat unit battery cap will not screw into place when I install a 18650 battery. No matter which way the battery in inserted. The battery cap has become stripped because the thread are a weak point in it's construction. The units function well. However the accessories and instructions make the entire setup useless for actual usage.

Purchased heat and viper. Shipping took longer than expected. Latency for thermal is good but don't expect to view anything more than 40ft away. It’s very distorted past 20ft. The night vision will randomly cut out. Additionally; both items are said to use 18650 batteries. (Not included) however. They do not fit without modification. When contacting customer support for anything be warned you will not receive any help and if you try to return you will be charged 30% restocking fee. Do not purchase!
