Operator Care Warranty

I am relieved that the product came in pristine condition, the box edge looked like it had been under some force, but the insides were intact and it worked fine straight out of box.

Actually have customer service that responds after the first email I’ve got no place to send it to this thing does not work… It worked for about a month turned on and off and now it won’t turn on at all both units . I haven’t dropped it or used it in the field once… And I can’t get anybody to give me any real fix advice or a place to send it to get fixed… And the fact that I paid almost $1000…. and I have nothing.

The heat & Viper set are awesome!! They work well together as advertised. The purchase experience went well, and the shipping was fast. I highly recommend them!!
