Beautiful furniture and great customer service

I did HOURS of research on furniture for our new deck and I’m so glad we went with this set. I was initially worried about having little kids with the rope design but you can tell the material is good quality - rope is thick and taute. I’m over the moon with the aesthetics! We also had a minor issue with a dent in the coffee table when opening the boxes so I emailed customer service they responded to my email in literally less than 30 minutes. Ended up sending us a replacement that arrived the following week with no issues. Shipping was super fast for the original boxes too. Will be buying from this company again!
