Gyokuro Jade Dew Green

Delicious punch of umami!

Tastes like the gyokuro teas I bought in Japan. Delicious mix of vegetal and brothy umami. I make the first infusion like a shot. Gyokuro is the perfect alternative to espresso/coffee thanks to its strong flavor and high caffeine content. Very glad to have a local source of quality gyokuro in context of tariffs/international shipping woes.

It’s a fantastic tea. I’ve been brewing big pots and drinking it hot and iced and it is, without a doubt, my new favorite green tea!

I like this very much! When steeped carefully according to the directions, fantastic. Good for 2 steeps, but not forgiving. Easy to mess up.
