Wonderful Jasmine Green Tea

I’m new to green tea but I am particular about what I like 😝. This a my first time trying this brand and variety and it is by far the best! The leaves are primarily tightly curled and unbroken where the lesser brands are small pieces and dust. The fragrance upon opening the sealed bag is just LOVELY and it comes through beautifully in my cold brew which I sip on all day iced. I’ve not tried it hot but I know it would be fabulous. Jasmine green tea is the only way I have found to drink my daily tea unsweetened due to the lovely sweet/floral aromas plus the added antioxidant benefits. The Mark Wendell is more expensive than the others but the quality and aroma is undeniable and I will be purchasing again when my supply runs low!

This has a wonderful bouquet and flavor. I was pleasantly surprised and it's become one of my regular afternoon tea teas. The scent is wonderful and the tea carries that in every sip.

Superb Tea

I got acquainted with very fine teas decades ago, having found Grace Teas in San Francisco. I recall the intensely beautiful taste of their "Before the Rain Jasmine" with actual jasmine blossoms interspersed throughout the tea mix. Today, the same tea from Grace Teas, through Wendell, is not quite the same, but I suspect the challenges of climate change have wracked their chaos on the tea industry as well. I tried the Yin Hao Jasmine and immediately resolved to order a supply in my next "supply run" with Wendell. It recalled that same intensity--consistency of flavor in taste as well as smell, plus the smooth natural aroma and taste of the pouchong tea. They got this one right.
