Nice and not heavy enamel cast iron pan

It’s easy to maintain and clean. No pre-seasoning needed. Deep-sized is very functional and prevents some splashing while cooking. Very comfortable weight, can lift with one hand. One thing I don’t like is the sharp edged rim, have to be careful while washing not to get cuts on fingers, it’s very thin and sharp. Walnut wood handle is perfect because it won’t get hot.

Let me start by saying I did not expect to spend $180 on a cast-iron firing pen and I am pleasantly surprised at the weight and how well made it is. I’ve been using it constantly and find it to be an indispensable heirloom piece I love cast-iron and the benefits of cooking with it and I’m excited that I was able to purchase a piece like this I just got it so let’s see what happens as of now I’m extremely happy. I think it is going to be with me for a long long time. I love quality things sometimes you really do get what you pay for.

Love this lightweight cast iron pan

I really light the weight of this cast iron pan and it’s the perfect size for everyday cooking. It’s become my go to pan. It’s also easy to take care of since it’s dishwasher safe (but I’m still treating it like my baby since it’s so new!) I also bought the matching lid and like how it stands up on its own. I’m now contemplating buying the slightly larger size for making bigger portions
