My 3rd pan!!

This is my 3rd pan. I started with a small one just to test it. And the result is so good that I got the 10" pan. I sometime leave it in the oven to try/store. One time my daughter accidentally turned on the oven to pre-heat and was very worried. But no problem, because it is oven safe!! I finally got the deep pan so I can stir fry more dishes. I love it that it is cast iron so it cook great food but it is light enough I can pick with one hand. Here my son making crispy rice to top it with spicy salmon later. Yum!!!

Wonderful lightweight skillet

Easy to use and I am a beginner for using cast iron cookware. I follow the instruction or tips from the box and I can easily make sunny side up egg.

Light cast iron pan

I own other brands of cast iron, and vermicular sure is the lightest cast iron pan! For our family of 4, 28cm deep pan is perfect. Especially, the deep option makes it possible for various kinds of cooking, including stir fry, fried rice, pasta, etc. It’s easy to clean, and some stubborn oil residues can easily come off with baking soda, vinegar, dish soap paste. I will consider getting a smaller size soon!
