did the tree survive the poor packaging???

delighted to receive my cacao and key lime tree in 2 days on a Sunday! the huge problem on the sending of the trees was total lack of insight??or care of putting my rare heirloom side by side with a spiky key lime with no separation between them.a slight lean of the box allowed the spikes to penetrate and scar the delicate new leaves of the cacao...the only protective wrap was around each pot Saran Wrap,holding the dirt in the pot..the trees were placed on a screened porch..the leaves started to brown turn yellow and fall off..the dirt in the lime was damp.(it was thriving).the cacao was totally saturated even after 5 days..I removed a good deal of the peat that was soaking wet and not touching the root ball replaced it with bark..this helped turn around what could have resulted poorly..I called the ofc the day after receiving and was told to send an email..I just wanted to talk live to someone to help the tree..also no instructions came with either plant...in contrast I ordered a coffee tree from a seller much closer.it took longer but was lovingly packaged with not only paper wrap around the plant but air bags to prevent its hitting the side of the box and 2 pages of instructions ensuring the plants requirements were known to buyer....would I buy again from you..maybe..but with caution..
