Sizing not accurate

Recently purchased the stone wash Pasadena dad jeans and they fit perfect. Purchase the Austin and the cut is much better but the size chart was way off. The Austin jeans sizing chart said it was 2 inches wider in the hips then the Pasadena dad jeans with the same rise but the Austin’s were so tight in the hips and the waist was off by an inch. I Reached out to customer service and never heard back on whether or not I received a smaller size that was tagged a 32. This company has a great product but needs to slow down and take care of their customers. Their customer service needs to improve period. Picture below shows an Austin Jean at 21inches hip to hip but sizing chart says 26inches hip to hip. Luckily I got my return in but still haven’t heard back from customer service.
