Ordered two of the Los Feliz crop tee and loved them, so naturally I ordered some more. My second order contained allegedly the same shirt but was a whole two inches shorter. I was told that if I exchanged them I would get replacements that much more closely resembled the fit from my first order. So I went through the hassle of doing the exchange, dropping them off, paying for the shipping etc etc. When my replacements came they were in fact, still much, much shorter than the originals. I just gave up since Pool House doesn’t do refunds and now have some tiny shirts that maybe my cats can fit in. High price, low quality.

I love all the clothes that poolhouse sells and have come back for more due to that. Quality and fit is amazing and the prices are worth it.
