Free Returns + Package Protection

I paid for Free return and Package protection which I expected that free return must be useful if there’s any problems occured but package protection is a bit questioning. Cuz package seemed to be roughly packed and didn’t look so protective. I mean, I didn’t expect that it had to come with a premium box or else but the tape that was used to seal the box was just roughly 1 layer and was not perfectly sealed. Hope you improve more about this. Cheers!

love everything about this brand. the fit is perferct, and the materials are excellent quality. the sweat are so soft. all i want to wear now is elwood head-to-toe everyday.
