Keto Coconut Flakes & Pecan Bites

These have a good flavor. They are made with almond flour and erythritol. You will get the Cooling effect, but it’s OK in this application. The jar they come in is 2-1/2 inches in diameter by 3-1/2 inches tall. So the jar for the price is extremely small. I was hoping these would be crispy, but they were not. They are soft.

Nice yummy treat. I put mine in freezer immediately when they arrived. Just pulled a few out and didn’t even wait for them to defrost…so good.
