AquaTru Carafe

Ordering, delivery, and setup of the AquaTru Carafe were all seamless. The instructions were clear and easy to follow, and the water tastes refreshing. I’d definitely recommend this product to family and friends.

I can't believe I hadn't moved to this filtration system sooner. I used to use a Brita but wanted something better and I can taste the difference. Living in California I believe the water needs more of a filtration and I feel good serving quality water to my family.

Followed instructions perfectly, ran it 4 times and even did an extra run after cleaning it, still tasted terrible, almost like the cleanest water ever infused with rotten eggs. People say it’s the VOC filter that a lot of us paid extra for lol, would not recommend. Also I heard most people spend another $400 a year on top of the close to $400 investment just to clean it and replace the filters due to hard water, so there goes the savings, all just to have either demineralized water or rotten egg water and some people are saying even without the remineralization filter it’s still weird. Might have to just get a stainless steel and glass distiller and add the minerals myself. Wish I could have loved this product. Guess I’ll be returning it.
