The only thing I don't like about it is the need to clean it out once per week in order to keep the PPM meter reading 20-30 PPM. Also do not know when it will be time to change the filter and if all four need to replacing at the same time?

Very good product. High quality overall. If your family drinks a lot of water, get a second pitcher. One for your refrigerator and/or one being cleaned in the dishwasher while the other is in use. This is not for kids or people who are faint of heart nor ones who don't like reading instructions. It's easy to miss that you have to dump the 1/4 excess from the "back tank".
