This kit is different from the other kits I bought. Read the directions carefully. Read the entire directions before starting. The flavoring juice was supposed to be added at bottling time.

Peach Chardonnay was great.

I simmered 3-4 peaches with 2 cups of chardonnay and added to the kit. It turned out great and the people trying it liked it as well. I'll buy this kit again.
