I love my Swirl coffee brewer! It's amazing & so fun to watch; coffee is fantastic and no toxic components! In addition, the customer service is human and OUTSTANDING! Couldnt be happier.

First and foremost, without a doubt the best coffee I’ve had. That said this is my second Coulee. The first one after a few months of daily brewing two to three cups a day started to have issues dispensing water to the cup. Quick contact to coulee service describing the issue and a replacement was on the way and the original sent back. A few weeks now with the new one an all is 100%. This one even sounds better than the original when dispensing. I would absolutely recommend this coffee maker. And it is comforting to know that IF there is an issue, it will quickly be resolved.
