Really soft and Really pretty

Mine had a hole where the tag was that never got stitched up. I emailed Tangle, they had a new one on the way the following day. The replacement just arrived, not only is it so cute, soft, and my new favourite Tangle due to the many ways you can stim with it, but they also included the Bear as well for the inconvenience. Customer service couldn’t have been better! I would love for future designs to have easy tear tags, and would LOVE to see a sloth! (:
