It’s a YES (with caveat)!

Allow me to preface this with saying how quickly I became addicted to all of Aaron’s Thinking Putties! I started with a handful of the Treasure Reveal (recent release, highly recommend!) tins. I saw a few videos of people playing with this, most notably at the very beginning when they open a tin that looks empty. My experience was different only because I couldn’t wait. I didn’t let it settle flat. Every Aaron-lover knows how important that is! Now, for the play! I hate to say I was initially disappointed. It doesn’t feel like or play like your standard Aaron’s putty. It’s more fragile. Stiffer. The transparency is quick to cloud the more you work it. I very nearly threw it out! But after working it more, it began to soften and developed a quirky personality that I came to appreciate. It doesn’t pop as easily as some; stretching is slightly limited before it peels/snaps. The texture is smooth. It doesn’t stick or cling. The density is nice and resistant, perfect for more rigorous play if you’re feeling more agitated or restless. What started as an ‘Ew, no!’ quickly became a keeper. I recommend this to anyone adding to their collection, but not for starting one because there are so many other amazing, fun and addictive putties to choose from that won’t risk turning them off this super fun fidget toy.
