Excellent product and customer service
I bought an open box special of an LNC light from a third party and instantly loved the quality of the light but being a deal it was missing hardware. I’m sure the previous purchaser failed to return the light with the hardware. 🙄 So I contacted LNC’s customer service and was serviced in a timely and efficient manner. I received the missing hardware in the mail in just a few days and was kept in constant communication from customer service. These days most companies don’t go the extra mile to help with minor issues , but LNC does! I am now eyeing another light fixture to spruce up my home and have confidence that LNC will continue to exceed my expectations in product and service.

Needed screws, it was easy
Emailed their support team. Sent the item number and pick of whats needed. Screws arrived quickly. Reducing a star because they said I couldn’t use the warranty of the item because I brought it from a 3rd party even though they were brand new.
