Great selection
We've had the hickory-smoked salt (Cabin Fever) before. It's great with beef. Being salt, it keeps a very long time, although we used it up fairly quickly. It's good in a recipe for rubs, marinades, etc, not just a a finishing salt. We can say the same about the applewood-infused salt (Great Outdoors) with pork and chicken. We haven't tried the other 3 yet, but we expect they will also be excellent.
