Fantastic!
I usually buy tea ware from Tezumi. Occasionally buy Tea. This Hatsune is wonderful. Each time I brew it, I feel I am standing somewhere where the tea is being steamed for production.

Smooth, Balanced Sencha with Very Low Bitterness
Hatsune Sencha is a smooth, well-balanced Japanese green tea with gentle umami and natural sweetness and very little bitterness. The flavor is clean and rounded rather than sharp or grassy, making it easy to drink multiple cups. Compared to deeper-steamed teas, it’s slightly lighter in body. It is consistent across steeps.
