I live in the Philippines and the order was unfortunately directed to a wrong island. But the customer service of Mabe has been more than helpful. They have literally written me every day for about 2 weeks and made sure that the product will get to me. Even if I had to pay extra delivery costs for a local forwarder, they reimbursed me for it. I have rarely come across such a good customer service. Truly amazing. The product is so soft and comfortable. Super easy to adjust and beautiful. As I am still pregnant I have not used it carrying my baby boy yet, but will and come back for a review. Loads of love Zola

Se ve de muy buena calidad y llegó muy rápido. lastima que no leí bien la descripción en donde decia que es para bebés mayores de 6 meses, el mio solo tiene 2 y realmente necesitaba usarla ahora, pero en fin, me toca esperar a que esté mas grande.

If you are on the fence about this carrier let me convince you to buy it ! Second baby and he is a lot bigger than my first . I did a wrap carrier with my daughter until she was like 6 months old , she was a tiny baby . This time around the wrap was not cutting it . After looking around I decided to go with the MABE carrier mostly because of the material. It’s a cotton/linen blend but mostly cotton . I am SUPER picky when it comes to fabrics and materials and how they feel on my skin and my kids sensitive skin . This carrier is SO soft and breathable . The second thing I love is how wide the actual part that holds the baby is . It completely covers from side to side and makes me feel secure that he’s not going anywhere . The entire design is just 10/10 and superior to others on the market in my opinion . I have lots of friends with babies and mine is the favorite by far . It doesn’t kill my shoulders or back … and maybe it’s silly but it looks nice in and isn’t super bulky . Folds up easily to toss in the diaper bag . Make the purchase ! If you’re going to do a carrier it needs to be comfortable for both baby and mama .
