The shipping box arrived badly damaged and water‑logged, and both the dust bag and the bag were stained with the substance. I’m working with customer service to get a replacement, but it’s been a slow process. I’m hoping the new item comes soon, and I’ll update my review once I receive it.

Absolute favorite diaper bag!
Wow I love this bag! I didn’t think I’d like a tote as much as a backpack, but this bag is fantastic. It’s incredibly functional, comfortable on my shoulder, and so easy to clean. And stylish of course!

Most chic bag !
Harlows are my absolute favorite!!! I can’t enough about them!!!! The broad strap is my favorite on them. I wish I could have very color. It fits so much & it does NOT look like Diaper bag! Never stop making them (:
