Premium Quality Board

I was looking for a quality board at a reasonable price. It was important to me that the board NOT BE FOLDABLE. I wanted something rigid I could place on a rotating pedestal for study. This fit the bill nicely. Very good quality.

Excellent gift

My dad has nice pieces and a crummy board with stains and no coordinates, so this board was perfect for a birthday gift to replace the crummy one. Surface is smooth, elegant, visually appealing. The letters on the side are nice and big, for the farsighted crowd, but not distracting. We have only just begun to enjoy this chess set for many years to come. Zero complaints. Well worth the money for this craftsmanship.
